Patient Care Process

Step 1: Discovery Call

Call and talk to our awesome team of new patient coordinators that will help answer any questions you have about our office.

Step 2: Initial Visit

Meet with the provider to discuss your history, symptoms and conditions, and complete our functional lab panel in office.

Step 3: Review of Findings

Review all your labs and formulate a customized plan based on your history and results.

Step 4: Continuation of Care

Work together with our trained staff on your health journey to return to optimal wellness!

Financials

We are a ‘fee for service’, Functional Medicine office. This means payment is due at time of service. We accept payment in cash, check, credit card and HSA/FSA. A 3.5% processing fee will be added to any card used including debit, credit, HSA/FSA.

Our in house lab is Healthlab and they are able to process through insurance for the lab work. Send out and specialty testing is not run through insurance and payment is due at time of testing.

A receipt or superbill can be requested for visits and select services which can be submitted for insurance reimbursement based on policy.
